Chestnut Hill has finally gone Hollywood. At least it will if NBC's drama pilot “Do No Harm” makes it to television. Film crews were out on Tuesday, March 6, shooting a scene on Bethlehem Pike around the Chestnut Hill East train station, a situation that had curious Hillers calling the Local all day for more information.
“Do No Harm” stars “Rescue Me's” Steven Pasquale as Dr. Jeffery Kohn, a talented neurosurgeon with a violent split personality that threatens to destroy his career and personal life. Kohn has managed to conceal his alter-ego until he becomes resistant to his medication.
The television series is written and produced by David Schulner and directed by Michael Mayer.
The show also stars Phylicia Rashad, a.k.a. Clair Huxtable on NBC's “The Cosby Show,” and Alana De La Garza (“Law and Order” and “Law and Order: L.A.”). De La Garza plays Dr. Lena Steck, a confident neurosurgeon who is attracted to Kohn. Rashad plays Dr. Vanessa Young, the chief of surgery and Kohn's boss.
