June 19. 8000 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states she left her Diamondback Century bike in shared common area accessible to tenants only and when she returned her bike was gone.
June 19. 8400 block Germantown Ave. General manager states that an unknown person opened their safe which has an electronic combination lock and stole a bag of money.
June 21. Germantown Ave. and Bells Mill Road. Complainant states he parked his 2006 Toyota Rav 4 at 6:20 a.m. and returned at 6:55 a.m. An unknown person had broken the passenger side window and stolen a global positioning system and a wallet containing credit cards. Credit card was used at 7:37 a.m..
June 21. 7600 block Crittenden Street. Complainant states she came home to find front sliding window had been forced open. Living room and two upstairs bedrooms had been ransacked. One latent print was found.
June 22. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Complainant states that three black males came into store and stole eight various iPhone cases. First male wearing a green shirt with black pants, second and third males both wearing blue shirts with tan pants.
Summary – Five crimes for week: two burglaries, two thefts and one retail theft.
