The following crimes are from the week of Dec. 9 to Dec. 15, 2012.

Dec. 10. 8400 block St. Martin’s Lane. Complainant states that between 5 p.m. on Nov. 30 and 8 a.m. on Dec. 3, someone stole an industrial welder bolted to a movable green trailer.

Dec. 13. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Complainant states that offender was observed putting the following items into pocket and then leaving store. Taken was a General Electric camera, one Vivitar camera, one Digital Tablet and an Alcatel One Touch cell phone with case.

Dec. 13. Valley Green Inn and 7 Valley Green Road. Complainant states that she locked her vehicle at 2:45 p.m. and went for a walk, returning at 3:40 p.m. During that time someone broke the passenger side window to her 2008 Honda. Taken was a small black bag containing a TruMark debit card, one TruMark credit card, one backpack, one book and sunglasses.

Dec. 13. 8600 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states she was inside coffee shop and put her pocketbook down on chair. Inside pocketbook was a leather wallet containing a driver’s license, Visa debit card and money. Theft reported at 4 p.m.

Dec. 14. 8500 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states that between 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 13 and Dec. 14, someone broke the passenger side window and damaged the door. Taken was a GPS.

Dec. 15. 7800 block St. Martin’s Lane. Complainant states that between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., someone damaged locks on front door to enter home. An unknown person damaged the door frame and left the side door to home open.

Dec. 15. Wolcott and 7 Valley Green Road. Someone gained entry to her 2007 red Toyota Prius and stole a tan purse, cell phone, keys, driver’s license, wallet, credit cards, glasses, money and a GPS. Reported at 9 a.m.

Dec. 15. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Complainant states that a black male, heavy build, balding, wearing a gray shirt, pants and jacket, stole various groceries and fled southbound on Crittenden Street.

Summary – Eight crimes for week: one burglary, one retail theft, three thefts and three thefts from vehicles.
