David H. Kinley Jr., age 91 of Worcester formerly of Blue Bell and Roxborough, died Wednesday (5/28) at the Meadowood Retirement Community in Worcester,Pa. He was a Attorney and retired Judge. Mr. Kinley Jr. was born in Phila., PA, the son of the late David and the late Florence Hill Kinley Sr. Husband of the late Betty Lyn (Propert) Kinley who died in 2010. Mr. Kinley was a graduate of Penn Charter School, Amherst College and the Univ. of Pa. Law School. David also served our Country during WW2 in the US Army Air Corps and had flown over 29 missions over Germany and after his service was awarded 2 Purple Heart Medals for being wounded. David was in practice for over 50 years as an attorney and also had sat as a Judge on the Phila. Court of Common Pleas. He was a member of the Phila. Racquet Club and the Peale Club. He is survived by one daughter Dale Lyn Kinley (Len Byron) of Phila., PA, one son David H. Kinley III of Phila., PA. Graveside Services will be held Sat. 6/7/14 at 11:00 am in the West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala cynwyd, Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. Funeral arrangements are by the Lownes Family Funeral Home of Lafayette Hill.
