Crime Report: one theft, one burglary and two thefts form vehicles

The following crimes are from the week of June 8 to June 14, 2014.

June 8. Unit block E. Chestnut Hill Ave. Complainant states that an unknown person broke the front passenger side window of car, and stole a Calvin Klein Coach Bag, a black berry, money, Pa. driver's license and various identifications.

June 9. 7900 block Ardleigh Street. Complainant states that between 1:30 p.m. on June 8 and 6:40 a.m. on June 9, an unknown person broke the left front window of car and stole a change purse containing money.

June 9. 8000 block Stenton Ave. Complainant states that when she returned to this location she discovered that all items that were still in new packaging were stolen. Taken were two stainless steel kitchen sinks, two faucet sets, 12 ceiling lights, one bathtub fixture, one toilet, one medicine cabinet and five door locks.

June 14. 7800 block St. Martin's Lane. Complainant states that she had a 10” Trek bike behind her home leaning against garage. She saw an unknown black male, 16 – 20 years old, wearing an orange t-shirt and black hat, steal her bike.

Summary – Four crimes for week: one theft, one burglary, and two thefts from vehicles.
