.Nov. 11. 8400 block Lynnewood Road. Complainant states she noticed that an unknown person had stolen a Pennsylvania license from a silver 2010 Chrysler 300. Pennsylvania tag not known.

Nov. 11. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Manager observed a white female open sealed packages of NYC compact makeup and a toenail clipper set and place them in her purse. Arrested was Milljana Kirman who resided in the 7700 block of Stenton Avenue.

Summary — Two crimes for week: one retail theft and one other theft.
