Police looking for man who robbed National Penn Bank Monday

Police are looking for a man who robbed National Penn Bank, 9 W. Evergreen Ave., just before noon on Monday.

The description from the police department reads as follows:

“An unknown male entered the National Penn Bank located at 9 West Evergreen Avenue and presented the teller with a threatening demand note. The suspect fled the bank on foot in an unknown direction after taking an undisclosed amount of money. This suspect also robbed the Conestoga Bank located at 12 West Glenside Avenue in Glenside, PA on January 6, 2012.”
