 . </p>\n<p>The Association of Philadelphia Tour Guides (APT) is hosting it
 s third “Great 12-Hour\, River to River\; Vine to Pine\, Rain or Shine Tou
 r” on Saturday. The Great Tour is a celebration of Philadelphia and the hu
 ndreds of museums\, cultural venues\, sites and organizations that it offe
 rs tourists and residents alike. </p>\n<p>This 12-hour tour covers the cit
 y from river to river\, from Pine Street to Vine Street</p>\n<p>■ The tour
  takes place in four separate 3-hour phases</p>\n<p>■ Each phase visits as
  many as 20 to 25 cultural and historic sites</p>\n<p>■ You can walk the w
 hole tour from start to finish\, or join any phase at any of the staging p
 oints</p>\n<p>■ All the tours are conducted by expert APT certified guides
 </p>\n<p>■ Pre-registration is recommended:</p>\n<p>The four tour launch s
 ites and times are 8 a.m. at the National Constitution Center\; 11 a.m. at
  the Bourse at 5th St.\; 2 p.m. at the Independence Visitors Center and 5
