What do foraging for wild herbs, exploring mindfulness, and wise women beekeeping have in common? A holistic relationship to nature’s gifts, our best selves, and the gratifying craft of keeping honey bees. This workshop brings women’s wisdom from the past to our present need for balance, harmony and cooperation with nature.
Green Sanctuary Community Apiary is teaming up with Bethany Linden, of the Herbiary, and Randy Baird, licensed therapist, and Anaiis Salles, healer & beekeeper. Formulations using wild herbs, gifts from the honey bee along with a recipe or two will encourage you to begin wise-crafting on your own. The opportunity for mindfulness is easily evoked in tending honey bee colonies.
$100 (includes $15 coupon toward a beekeeping class) $90 for Weavers Way Members $90 for Awbury Arboretum Members
