The Heschel-King Festival celebrates the vision, lives and teachings
of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel who
worked together on behalf of racial equality, social justice and peace
in the 1960s. Through public forums, worship, workshops, music,
performances and conversation, more than 50 community and faith groups
will explore how to address the civil rights issues of today. The
Festival is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
