Journaling is an act of private writing that accesses deep inner knowing and nourishes spirit. It can reveal the murmurings of the heart, and liberate our longing for the beauty of life that often lies hidden under the rush and demands of the day. A gentle process of centering meditation and a variety of inspirational prompts will support novice and experienced journalers alike in opening to the flow of joy. As we write about the large and small delights found in the moment, we cultivate our appreciation for life itself. Kathy Corbett, MS, CT is a mind-body-spirit wellness educator and counselor who holds a master’s degree in Applied Meditation from Won Buddhist Institute. Kathy enjoys journaling as a practice of self-awareness and has been facilitating mindful writing groups for over 20 years. $90. To register, call 215-248-7441.
