      There will be a portion of time for a free guided tour of the Morris Arboretum on Saturday afternoon, with the emphasis being determined by the various interests of those touring. Each tour is designed specifically to highlight a particular section of the arboretum, however, there is no itinerary. It is recommended that those who are touring for the first time select the general tour of the arboretum to get an over-all idea of what the gardens have to offer.       The Urban Athletics classes are a 45 minute high-intensity blend of bodyweight exercises, speed and agility training, dumbbell & kettlebell training and more. Each class is lead by an instructor, taking you through your workout step-by-step, just like personal training without the added cost. This way you don’t have to worry about what you’re workout will be each day, nor do you have to question if you’re doing an exercise incorrectly. There is always a coach on staff to lead you through each workout. The cost is $20.

Soul Line Dance teacher, Lorraine McClary, has been dancing since 2004 and is proficient in more than 100 dances. Lorraine hopes to share the experience of line dancing with you and others who wish to move, groove, and have fun. $7 per class; pay at the door, but please register ahead of your first time.       Come to Folk Dance on Fridays and make new friends and get some exercise while learning ethnic folk dances from Israel, Greece, France, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and more. Beautiful music and congenial company. No prior experience and no partner needed. Wear comfortable clothing.
      We dance weekly year-round except for cancellations announced in advance in case of weather, holidays, etc. Instruction is by Bill Wadlinger, with occasional guest teachers–and occasional live music. Tons of free parking behind the church. Come and try it out. Cost is $7. Your first visit is free.

      The Teen Center located directly across from the Chestnut Hill East Train station is open every Friday night from 7:30 to 10:30 pm for 12-15 year olds. The Teen Center is now open for High School Students on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The Center is staffed by a young adult who has his/her clearances. Special Events include: Games, Movies, Drumming, Nintendo Wii, Live music and Open Mic nights. Some Fridays are just TGIF nights to hang with friends. There is free access to the Teen Center with a $25 yearly membership. All teens are admitted with a $5 guest fee charge.
