The mission of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry is to graduate Doctors of Optometry and offer other educational, research, and patient care programs responsive to the health care needs of the public. To assist us in our goals, we are seeking an experienced individual to supervise and direct the work of maintenance technicians and custodians on our two campuses and local satellite clinics.
Qualified candidates must possess at least five years hands on maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory experience in a physical plant environment. Other required skills include plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, building renovations, HVAC and custodial services including floor care techniques. Must be literate in OSHA and other related standards and laws.
