Approval of the Minutes of the Last Meeting (Nov. 17, 2005)

Financial Report (Mark Keintz)

Action Items:

• The DRC recommends that the Board approve the TTP recommendations for the intersection of Germantown Avenue, Winston Road and Mermaid Lane. By a 26 to 4 vote of those present at the October 19, 2005 meeting, the recommendation is for a standard 90 degree intersection with traffic light at this dangerous intersection.

• The DRC recommends to approve the variances requested for 7920 Germantown Avenue.

• The Executive Committee recommends to the Board approval of the merger of Weaver’s Way Partnership Re-cycling with Chestnut Hill Partnership Re-Cycling with net revenues shared equally.

• Election of 4 (non-officers) members to the Nominating Committee.

• The Executive Committee recommends the removal of George Parry and Lawrence Walsh from the Publisher’s Committee.
