WATER WORKOUT Instructor Kelly Kaiser leads Chestnut Hill Adult Activity Center’s newest class, where the participants are all “50 and better”. Kelly and her students will tell you that they exercise every muscle in their bodies without stress on bones and ligaments. Following these summertime workouts in the pool the Center will be offering the community Tai Chi, Exercise and Yoga classes as well as monthly lunchtime presentations that highlight nutrition, “brain aerobics” and safety in the home. The Adult Activity Center is providing these programs through the generosity of The Genuardi Family Foundation of Blue Bell.
