that Articles of Incorporation-Nonprofit have been filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988, as amended.
Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, PA, on April 10, 2009, pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation Law of 1988.
The name of the Corporation is: Mount Airy Community Church.
The purpose for which it was incorporated is: The corporation shall be a Church, which shall exist to preach, live and be the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the community of Mount Airy. It will serve the Mount Airy neighborhood for Jesus’ sake.
