NOTICE OF INCORPORATION

Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, on or before the 15th day of May with respect to a proposed nonprofit corporation, Gearing Up, which has been incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. A brief summary of the purpose or purposes for which said corporation is organized to provide recovering adults and their families with the skills, equipment and guidance needed to ride a bicycle for exercise, transportation and personal growth.
