Featured reader will be Bill Wunder, Poet Laureate of Bucks County for 2004 and current poetry editor for The Schuylkill Valley Journal. Wunder’s poetry is informed by his Vietnam War experience, and formed by his remarkable facility with language and imagery. The customary but unconventional open-mind-open-mic will follow, hosted by Mike Cohen. Those who attend will be able to share their own poetry, short subjects, or random thoughts.

Annual Awbury Plant Swap

Bring your extra plants and swap them for plants you don’t have!
Here is how it works.  You get a ticket for each plant you bring and you use the ticket to swap for the plants that you want!  You even get a chance to talk to the owner about the care of the plant! There are a few rules: Please bring rooted plants in pots and bulb and rhizomes in paper bags. (Plants brought in six packs are considered one plant!)
Label all pots and bag with the plant name & your name. Plants will only be counted after reaching registration table don’t swap before registration. Other garden items may be considered for swap. No amaramthus or perilla  please.
