Margaret Simcox Dimeling was married Saturday, June 6, to Ryan Edward Morris at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Chestnut Hill. The Reverend E. Clifford Cutler performed the ceremony, which was followed by a reception at Sunnybrook Golf Club.
Mrs. Morris is the daughter of Mary Lynn (Mimi) Almquist Dimeling and the late William Rembrandt Dimeling of Philadelphia. Her father, a lawyer, was a founder and partner of Dimeling, Schreiber & Park, an investment partnership based in Philadelphia. Her mother, a volunteer fundraiser, presently serves on the emeritus boards of the Pennsylvania Ballet, The Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Academy of Music.
The bride, 29, attended The Springside School and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H. Since graduating from Yale University in 2002, she has worked at Goldman Sachs in New York City and currently is a vice president in the Investment Research Division.
The bridegroom, 31, is the son of Mary Schiller Morris and Edward James Morris M.D. of Annapolis, Md. His father is a doctor of obstetrics and gynecology in Annapolis. The bridegroom graduated from Loyola Blakefield in Baltimore and from Yale University in 2000. He is a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Deutsche Bank.
