The following crimes are from the week of Dec. 27, 2009 to Jan. 2, 2010.

Dec. 28. 100 block W. Mermaid Lane. Complainant states that an unknown person stole a Leapster handheld game. At the time of the theft two workers were at the house. Reported at 10 a.m.

Dec. 28. Unit block W. Evergreen Ave. Offenders, who were a cleaning crew, were inside bank when police responded to the burglar alarm. Employee states that a teller drawer was forced open and money was missing. Arrested were two males. Occurred at 5:45 a.m.

Dec. 29.  8100 block Stenton Ave. Complainant states that the building he was working on had a window boarded  up, and someone ripped the boards off and entered. Taken were ten 3/4-inch copper pipes, 30 feet of copper coil and a 10-inch copper pipe. Reported at 4 p.m.

Dec. 29. Wolcott Drive and Valley Green Rd. Complainant states that between Dec. 24 and 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 29, an unknown person broke the lock to trailer and stole one generator, two chain saws and one leaf blower.

Dec. 30. 200 block E. Willow Grove Ave. Complainant states that between Dec. 17 and Dec. 18, an unknown person broke lock off storage unit and stole one red mountain bike, 1000 CDs and digital video movies.

Dec. 31. 8400 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states she checked her handbag just before two black females and one black male entered store. Complainant states that after they were in store for a couple of minutes, one person asked if she could check to see if an item was in stock. She had to go to the rear of store to check.

After the three people left she found that her Harleysville bank card was missing and she canceled it immediately. First female, late 20s, 5’8” tall, wearing all dark clothing. Second female, late 20s, 6’ tall, wearing black clothing. Male, late 20s, 5’3” tall, wearing a brown shirt. Offenders last seen going south on Germantown Avenue Reported 4:45 p.m.

Summary — Six crimes for week: one burglary, four thefts and one theft from vehicle.
