Elizabeth B. Warwick

Elizabeth B. “Betsy” Warwick, 90, of Chestnut Hill, a longtime community volunteer, died of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease Jan. 25 at Chestnut Hill Lodge in Wyndmoor.

Mrs. Warwick had been a volunteer at Chestnut Hill Hospital for 40 years and also had  long been active at Springside School, where she had graduated in 1937.

She was the wife of the late Nelson D. Warwick.

She is survived by a son, N. Dudley Jr.; daughters Bonnie and Mary; two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, at St. Thomas’ Church, Whitemarsh, Bethlehem Pike and Camp Hill Road, in Fort Washington.
