ROBIN L. SPRINGFIELD

ROBIN L. SPRINGFIELD, age 51, of Chestnut Hill died March 20, 2010. Son of the late Brinton and Mary Springfield. He is survived by his sister Rosemarie Weller and brothers Brinton and Steven Springfield. He is also survived by his special friend Josephine Friel and nieces & nephews. A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, March 28th, 1-4PM at 112 W. Meade St. in Chestnut Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the

Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Liver Fund.

Alice Wagstaff Terne

Alice Wagstaff Terne' longtime resident of Wilmington, DE and West Mount Airy, Philadelphia ended her fight with ovarian cancer on February 11, 2010 at home. 

She was born in 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was the wife of Michael Terne' and the daughter of Ann Wagstaff of Upper St. Clair, PA and the late James B. Wagstaff.  A devoted wife and mother, she most enjoyed spending time with family and friends, greatly enjoying her visits to Korea, Japan, the U.K. and Europe.  She was also an avid quilter. 

Besides her husband and mother she is survived by her son, David Terne' and his wife Trina;  her grandson Alex of West Hartford, CT; her son Bryan Terne' and his wife Kathy Klocko of Norristown, PA.  She is also survived by her siblings: Ted Wagstaff and his wife wife Rita of Forest, VA and Sarah Douglas of Canonsburg, PA. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Saturday March 27, 2010 at Chestnut Hill Friends Meeting 100 E. Mermaid Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19118. Donations to celebrate her memory can be made to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (www.ovarian.org)
