Neighbors appeal ZBA ruling on dialysis center

Peter and Susan Burke, near neighbors of the proposed dialysis center at 10 E. Moreland Avenue, appealed a July 6  Zoning Board of Adjustments decision to allow the dialysis center to operate until 9 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The appeal was filed by attorney Dan McElhatton on Aug. 3. McElhatton represented neighbors opposed to the zoning variance requests of The Good Food Market last year.

Airy.

The fall and spring application process left his father and I with an uneasy feeling that we had yet to find the right place for our about-to-be third grader.

Mount hockey seeks a return to state tournament

Mount St. Joseph’s Academy’s 2009 field hockey season ended with an unfortunate footnote: a 1-0 loss to Radnor High School in a PIAA play-in game, which meant that the Magic would not take part in the Class AAA state tournament for the first time since 2002.
