The CHCA Land Use Planning & Zoning Committee will conduct a public meeting via Zoom.com to review a variance appeal for an 8-townhouse development at the current location of O’Reilly Inc. at 30 W. Highland Avenue.
THe LUPZC has now received the refusal issued by Philadelphia Licenses & Inspections that itemizes the zoning code variances that need to be granted by the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment for this project to be built. LUPZC will perform its role as part of the RCO community review process.
This project will also be presented to the DRC committee on Feb. 16, 7 p.m.
