The following is for crimes reported for the period from March 10 to March 16.  (Some crimes that occurred on dates earlier than the current period but weren’t reported until later may be included.)

Chestnut Hill

March 11. Shoplifting. An offender stole several items including a pregnancy test from CVS in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue. 

March 16. Theft From Motor Vehicle. A woman reported several items stolen from her car in the 700 block of Wolcott Drive. 

Mt. Airy

March 10. Theft. A woman reported an offender stealing her phone while on a SEPTA bus at the corner of Sedgwick Street and Germantown Avenue. 

March 10. Theft From Motor Vehicle. A man reported his car broken into, with the offender damaging the glove box and center console before stealing juice boxes and leaving in the 6900 block of McCallum Street. 

March 11. Theft. A complainant reported their package stolen from their apartment lobby in the 7300 block of Devon Street.

March 12. Shoplifting. An offender stole various items from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue. 

March 13. Motor Vehicle Theft. A man reported his Buick Roadmaster stolen in the 7500 block of Boyer Street. The vehicle was taken and left Seltzer Street where it was later towed. 

March 15. Theft From Motor Vehicle. A woman reported her Mazda broken into and her phone charger stolen at the corner of West Cliveden Street and Cherokee Street. 

March 16. Shoplifting. An offender stole a bag full of items from ACME in the 7000 block of Germantown Avenue.
