The Chestnut Hill Community Association’s Deck the Door Contest ran from December 14 through December 28. The feedback was so positive that the CHCA hopes to make this an annual event. more

A rotted and paint peeling rooftop “lantern” that provides light to the stairs below, needs extensive repairs. New glass and re-glazing putty is needed throughout, accents must be primed, painted and repaired, and the sheet metal roof must be replaced in-kind along with new flashings.
