Original Friends of the Children's Park members Jean Warrington, Lawrence D. This renewed initiative focuses on critical improvements to ensure the playground's sustainability and longevity. Funds raised will go toward essential maintenance, including cleaning and staining the original wooden structures, repairing loose equipment based on a recent conditions assessment, vital landscaping and mulching for safety and improved water runoff, and painting and revitalizing the iconic capitals.
The "Love Your Playground" campaign invites all community members to contribute to this important cause. Every donation, big or small, will directly impact the safety, beauty, and durability of the Chestnut Hill playground. Let's show our playground some love!
