A Bocce Club night of music, dancing, food, and fun is scheduled for this Sat., June 18, to benefit the “Light Up the Tower” project which aims to improve and enhance the historic Water Tower park area and the WWll Memorial.
Three bands of local Chestnut Hill musicians will perform classic rock. There will also be a slideshow of Water Tower photos from years ago, which organizers say will bring back some great memories.
Tickets are $35 and all proceeds benefit the “Light Up the Tower” initiative. The Bocce Club is at 118 E. Hartwell Lane.
The Water Tower Recreation Center serves hundreds of families with sports programs, summer camps, Girl Scouts, and a daily after-school program, which provides computers for homework and a supervised and safe place to play.
