The following is for crimes reported for the period from Dec. 15 to Jan. 5. (These reports have been delayed due to the holidays. Some crimes that occurred on dates earlier than the current period but weren’t reported until later may be included.)

Dec. 18. Motor Vehicle Theft. A woman reported her Honda Odyssey stolen in the 8400 block of Anderson Street. 

Dec. 19. Theft From Motor Vehicle. A complainant reported their car broken into and a backpack stolen in the 700 block of Wolcott Drive. 

Dec. 27. Aggravated Assault An “extremely intoxicated” woman reported being choked and punched in the 7700 block of Crittenden street, before being transported to the hospital. 

Dec. 27. Shoplifting. An offender stole multiple containers of laundry detergent from a grocery store in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.

Dec. 28. Shoplifting. An offender stole hygiene products from CVS in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue. 

Dec. 28. Theft. A woman reported a package stolen from her home in the 1100 block of East Cliveden Street. 

Dec. 30. Robbery. An offender pretended he had a gun and attempted to rob a restaurant in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street. The man was then struck with a folding chair and fled. 

Dec. 30. Shoplifting. An offender stole baby formula from a grocery store in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.

Dec. 30. Theft From Motor Vehicle. An unregistered handgun was stolen from a vehicle in the 7600 block of Stenton Avenue.

Dec. 31. Shoplifting. A man was arrested attempting to steal laundry products from ACME in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.

Jan. 2. Motor Vehicle Theft. A man reported his Acura TLX stolen in the 200 block of East Hartwell Lane.

Jan. 3. Shoplifting. An offender stole a bag full of items from a retail store in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue. 

Jan. 3. Theft From Motor Vehicle. An unknown person smashed a woman’s car window and stole a phone charger in the Unit block of Summit Street.

Nov. 17. Theft From Motor Vehicle. A woman reported her car broken into and her laptop stolen in the 100 block of West Allens Lane.

Dec. 12. Carjacking. A woman was approached by offenders armed with guns, demanding she get out of the car in the 300 block of East Upsal Street. The woman put the car in reverse and fled.

Dec. 16. Motor Vehicle Theft. A man reported his Infiniti Q50 stolen at the 7600 block of Crittenden Street.

Dec. 16. Theft From Motor Vehicle. A woman reported her car ransacked and her social security card stolen in the Unit block of East Gorgas Lane. 

Dec. 16. Shoplifting. An offender stole several packs of meat from ACME in the 7000 block of Germantown Avenue.

Dec. 17. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant reported their Nissan Altima stolen at the 200 block of West Mount Pleasant Avenue.

Dec. 17. Theft From Motor Vehicle. A man reported finding his car’s sunroof smashed in the 200 block of West Mount Pleasant Avenue.

Dec. 17. Shoplifting. A group of juveniles stole snacks from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue. 

Dec. 18. Motor Vehicle Theft. A man reported his Hyundai Sonata stolen at the 200 block of East Sharpnack Street.

Dec. 18. Shoplifting. Offenders stole various food items from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

Dec. 21. Shoplifting. Three men stole various snacks from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

Dec. 22. Aggravated Assault. An offender grabbed a woman and punched her over a noise dispute in the 6700 block of Musgrave Street.

Dec. 22. Aggravated Assault. A woman reported being mentally and physically abused for two hours by an offender in a domestic incident in the 6400 block of Greene Street.

Dec. 23. Shoplifting. Multiple men stole various snack items from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

Dec. 23. Aggravated Assault. An offender fired a gun at a worker over a payment dispute in the 300 block of East Sharpnack Street. The worker was not hit but their ear was ringing.

Dec. 24. Shoplifting. An offender stole items from CVS in the 6300 block of Stenton Avenue.

Dec. 26. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant reported their Honda Pilot stolen in the 100 block of East Upsal Street.

Dec. 28. Burglary. A man and his health aid returned home to find the back door open and various items stolen in the 6400 block of Chew Avenue.

Dec. 29. Shoplifting. A woman stole various food items from the Grocery Outlet in the Unit Block of West Hortter Street. 

Dec. 29. Shoplifting. A woman was arrested for stealing various food items from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

Dec. 30. Theft From Motor Vehicle. An unknown offender broke into a complainant's car and stole various items in the 300 block of East Mount Airy Avenue. 

Dec. 30. Shoplifting. A man was arrested for stealing various food items from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.

Dec. 30. Theft From Motor Vehicle. Unknown offenders stole a laptop and headphones out of an unlocked car in the 200 block of West Upsal Street.

Jan. 1. Shoplifting. Two juveniles stole various snack items from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.
