April 28. Vandalism. A woman in the 7800 block of Stenton Avenue reported to police that an offender broke the window of her car and stole welding gear, an outer vest carrier and four magazine pouches.
April 30. Theft from motor vehicle. A man in the 8100 block of Germantown Avenue told police that he left his car unlocked and when he returned a laptop, scientific calculator, backpack and water bottle valued at $1,075 was missing.
May 2. Theft of motor vehicle accessories. A complainant in the 200 block of East Mermaid Lane told police that as the complainant was getting out of a vehicle, the offender (a friend of the complainant’s dad) entered the vehicle from the passenger’s side, scooted over to the driver’s side, and took the keys.
May 2. Shoplifting. An offender entered a food store in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street, took items and left.
May 3. Shoplifting. An offender took items from a wine and spirits store in the 8700 block of Germantown Avenue and left without paying for them.
May 3. Aggravated Assault. A complainant reported to police that an unknown offender attacked her with a knife in the 8800 block of Germantown Avenue and the complainant sustained multiple stab wounds.
May 4. Theft. A complainant at Weavers Way Co-op in the 8400 block of Germantown Avenue told police she left her handbag unattended in a shopping cart, an offender stole it and made unauthorized purchases on the card.
May 4. Shoplifting. A complainant at Weavers Way Co-op in the 8400 block of Germantown Avenue told police that an offender entered the store, took steaks and fled.
Mt. Airy
April 25. Motor vehicle theft. A man in the 7700 block of McCallum Street was experiencing a medical emergency while inside his car when two men approached him and offered to take him to the hospital. When the man returned home, his 2021 Toyota RAV4 was gone.
April 28. Vandalism. A complainant told police that an offender broke into their 2007 Infiniti parked in the 7500 block of Devon Street and stole two sets of clippers valued at $500.
April 28. Trespassing. Staff at Jesus Human Services in the 6600 block of Sprague Street reported that an offender entered the witness room through a rear window, but was escorted out.
April 29. Shoplifting. Offenders took various snacks and drinks valued at $100 from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue and left without paying for them.
April 29. Shoplifting. A loss prevention officer at Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown saw an offender enter the store and announce “I’m going to steal some Red Bulls.” The officer told the offender to leave the store and directed him to the bus stop, but the offender took the items. The officer flagged down police who witnessed police with the items.
April 29. Shoplifting. A manager at the CVS in the 7000 block of Lincoln Drive told police she saw a man take a Pepsi and slip it in a bag. When the manager asked the man if he was going to pay for the item, he said, “No” and left the store.
April 29. Vandalism. A complainant in the unit block of West Upsal Street told police that someone smashed his passenger car windows and that his car ignition was reprogrammed.
April 30. Shoplifting. Two offenders wearing black clothing walked into the Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue, grabbed snacks and drinks and left without paying for them.

April 30. Motor vehicle theft. A complainant told police he parked his 2018 white Honda Accord in the 1600 block of Roumfort Road and when he returned the car was gone.
April 30. Theft from motor vehicle. A woman reported that the driver's window of her rental vehicle in the 200 block of West Johnson Street was smashed and three jackets worth $100 were missing.
May 2. Shoplifting. An offender entered the CVS in the 7000 block of Lincoln Drive and took toilet paper, tide and tissues without paying for them.
May 3. Theft. A woman in the 300 block of East Cliveden Street told police that her firearm, valued at $39 and secured inside a lock box, was missing.
May 3. Shoplifting. An offender took items and left a grocery store in the unit block of West Hortter Street without paying.
May 4. Aggravated Assault. A woman in the unit block of East Upsal Street told police she was in a verbal dispute with a boyfriend and he ripped off her necklace and choked her.
May 4. Harassment. A complainant in the 200 block of West Johnson Street told police that her ex-boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend is calling her and threatening to shoot her.
