Chestnut Hill
Feb. 16. Damage of Property and Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts. A complainant stated his license plate was missing and he had three flat tires and six broken windows in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.
March 2. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant discovered his Nissan Maxima was missing in the 7700 block of Stenton Avenue.
March 3. Shoplifting. An offender stole baby products totaling $400 from CVS in the 7700 block of Germantown Avenue.
March 3. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant stated their Honda CRV was missing in the 7800 block of Stenton Avenue.
March 4. Burglary. An arrest was made after a male offender was found stealing soda and chips from an apartment in the 7700 block of Stenton Avenue.
March 7. Theft from Building. A complainant stated her package of clothing was taken from the mailroom at her apartment in the 7600 block of Stenton Avenue.
Mt. Airy
Feb. 25. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant stated he was out of the country from Feb. 25 to March 7 and returned to find his Honda CRV missing. A neighbor noticed it was missing shortly after he left in the 300 block of West Mt. Airy Avenue.
March 2. Theft. A complainant reported receiving a package from FedEx that was supposed to have a Ralph Lauren coat he ordered, but found the package empty in the 700 block of East Phil Ellena Street.
March 3. Shoplifting. A suspect took multiple reusable bags and filled them with packs of meat, shrimp, cooking oil, blue cheese, foil, and crab rolls and left without paying from the ACME in the 7000 block of Germantown Avenue.
March 4. Shoplifting. An offender stole Tide products, bleach, and body wash totaling $80 from the CVS in the 7000 block of Lincoln Drive.
March 4. Shoplifting. An offender took two reusable shopping bags and filled them with wine, frozen shrimp, laundry pods, bleach, dryer sheets, dish soap, laundry scent beads, trash bags, and chips before leaving without paying from the ACME in the 7000 block of Germantown Avenue.
March 4. Theft. A complainant stated an Amazon package of floss, an alarm clock, and trash bags was stolen from her front door in the 7100 block of Chew Avenue.
March 4. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant stated their Honda Accord was stolen in the unit block of Nippon Street.
March 5. Theft from Motor Vehicle. A complainant stated unknown offenders broke the handle to his Honda Accord, damaged his glovebox, and took two iPhone 17 Pro Maxes and $3,000 in the 200 block of East Cliveden Street.
March 8. Destruction of Property. A complainant stated his child’s mother got in a dispute with him over their child’s custody and threw an unknown object, breaking the front window and proceeding to force herself into the house via the front door in the 200 block of Montana Street.
March 8. Aggravated Assault. A complainant stated he was having a dispute about child arrangements with the offender, who hit the complainant with a shovel and threw bleach on him before being arrested in the 200 block of Montana Street.
