Aug. 10. Shoplifting. An offender stole shampoo, deodorant and toothpaste from the ACME in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.
Aug. 13. Shoplifting. An offender stole items from the ACME in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street.
Aug. 14. Aggravated Assault. An offender was being released from Chestnut Hill Hospital when he assaulted a nurse with monitor cables, punched her in the left shoulder, and kicked her in the left knee in the 8800 block of Germantown Avenue.
Aug. 15. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant stated his vehicle was stolen in the intersection of Crittenden Street and East Mermaid Lane.
Mt. Airy
Aug. 9. Shoplifting. An offender stole two hashbrowns, juices, two wraps and two bags of candy totaling $26.67 from the Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.
Aug. 10. Shoplifting. An offender was arrested after causing a disturbance and stealing alcoholic beverages from the ACME in the 7000 block of Germantown Avenue.
Aug. 11. Aggravated Assault. A complainant stated an offender threatened him with a firearm saying anti-Semetic remarks and that he was going to kill him, in the unit block of Good Street.
Aug. 11. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant stated his Jeep Cherokee was missing in the 200 block of West Johnson Street.
Aug. 11. Burglary. A complainant stated he returned home to find his front door open with the locks missing and his bike and TV missing in the 200 block of Rosemary Lane.
Aug. 11. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant stated her Nissan Murano was missing in the 800 block of East Hortter Street.
Aug. 12. Aggravated Assault. A complainant was stabbed with a fork in the 200 block of East Johnson Street.
Aug. 14. Theft. A complainant was unlocking his scooter outside of ACME when two males asked if they could try the scooter. One male rode it around the parking lot and then left on Germantown Avenue while the other male stayed with the complainant in the 7000 block of Germantown Avenue.
Aug. 14. Shoplifting. An offender stole food from Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.
Aug. 14. Motor Vehicle Theft. A complainant stated their vehicle was stolen in the unit block of West Durham Street.
Aug. 14. Carjacking. A complainant was delivering a DoorDash order when he noticed the offender got into his vehicle and drove off. The offender then drove back to the location and pointed a handgun in the complainant’s face before driving away and getting in an accident in the 6700 block of East Pleasant Place.
Aug. 15. Theft from Motor Vehicle. A complainant returned to their vehicle to find a window broken and cologne missing in the 500 block of Pelham Road.
Aug. 15. Theft from Motor Vehicle. A complainant stated that while on a hike their vehicle was broken into and their purse was stolen in the 800 block of West Mt. Airy Avenue.
