The article regarding the Verizon Building read like "brought to you by Pfizer" except perhaps a developer. Are there already plans for an apartment building there? Is it before the [Chestnut Hill] Community Association? Please share that with your readers.
An apartment complex there would be completely unnecessary and would destroy the tenor of the neighborhood. But has that yet to stop developers in Philadelphia? The building is not abandoned or full of vagrants or unkempt. Why can't it just stay as it is?
