“Manayunk Restaurant Week is one of our most anticipated culinary events, bringing together our restaurant community while encouraging guests to experience the incredible range of dining options available throughout Manayunk,” said Joan Denenberg, of the Manayunk Development Corporation. “Whether you’re a longtime resident or visiting for the first time, it’s a wonderful opportunity to support local businesses and enjoy outstanding meals at special prices.”
Guests can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines, from contemporary American fare and international flavors to casual neighborhood favorites and elevated dining experiences. Lunch menus will start at $15, while multi-course dinner offerings will be available for $25, $35, and $45 (plus tax and gratuity).
“The different price points allow diners to choose a menu that works for their budget while giving each restaurant the opportunity to highlight some of their favorite dishes,” said Brendan McGrew, director of operations for Voracious Hospitality Group, which operates The Goat’s Beard and Mia Ragazza.
Visitors also are encouraged to explore Manayunk’s shopping district and its mix of boutiques, galleries and local attractions. In the evenings during the week, there will be buskers performing in various areas to add to the ambiance.
Diners are encouraged to make reservations, as many restaurants are expected to fill quickly throughout the week. For participating restaurants, menus and additional information, visit manayunk.com/mnyk-events/restaurant-week/
