Chestnut Hill Hospital is again hosting LUNAFEST®, a film festival dedicated to promoting awareness about women's issues, highlighting women filmmakers, and bringing women together in their communities, at the Ambler Theater on Wednesday, April 4 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available online at www.amblertheater.org/films/lunafest. Proceeds from LUNAFEST will benefit women in the community by providing free screening mammograms for those who qualify.
“In addition to supporting women in film, LUNAFEST®, is about supporting women’s health and wellbeing,” said Cathy Brzozowski, marketing and PR director, Chestnut Hill Hospital. “Through the hospital’s outreach, we’re raising funds and awareness for issues that ultimately impact our entire community. This year, 100 percent of the proceeds from the event go back to enhancing women’s health right here in our neighborhood.”
Complimentary popcorn and small soda will be provided by Ambler Theater.
