This garden spot, created and supported by the FOCHL, is used as an outdoor space for reading programs for kids and a shady rest spot for the residents of the city. Calls to the councilwoman began a dozen days ago, but as late as Friday we were told it would be a further 10 to 20 days before CLIP will attend to this unsightly, disease-prone mess.
