Mount St. Joseph, the two-time defending champs, put three runners in the top 10; juniors Annie Seminiack (fourth; 20:01.46) and Charli Schoen (fifth; 20:51.16), and sophomore Lexi Schoen (10th; 21:25.60). Seminack attended St. Genevieve's School in Flourtown and the Schoen sisters are graduates of Chestnut Hill's Norwood Fontbonne Academy.
Just after Lexi Schoen crossed the line the other two Mount St. Joe scorers finished, senior Sarah Hock coming in 11th at 21:47.00, and sophomore Emily Reichert placing 12th at 21:58.86.
