Designed by Ernel Martinez and painted by Jaq Masters and Efrain Herrera, the mural recognizes Frazier’s journey as a union carpenter, mentor, father and Northwest Philadelphia leader whose work continues to create meaningful pathways for young people. Frazier also curated and facilitated a 12-week workshop series through MAP’s restorative justice program.
