Paul Pié of Philadelphia and London, UK passed suddenly but peacefully into eternal life on Saturday, November 18th at his home in Chestnut Hill. He was 60 years young. Paul was loving, kind, funny, always up for an adventure and he had a real heart for people, generous in time and in spirit. He will be missed terribly but we hold on to the many happy memories we have together. May his soul rest in peace.
Paul is survived by his children James Silva-Pié and Jessica Silva-Pié, their mother Julie Silva-Pié and his mother-in-law Helen Silva, all of London UK.
Locally Paul is survived by seven siblings, Maureen Pié-Bruno (James), Joseph (Anne McNally), Christina (Dave Butler), Christopher (Karen), John (Kathy), Maria Hughes (Joe), Elena Adkins (Ken), sister-in-law Cindy Pié, many nieces & nephews, and his beloved dog Meera. Paul was predeceased by his parents James L.J. Pié and Mary Frances Hensler Pié, his brother Thomas More Pié, Sr., sister-in-law Jennie Tozzi Pié, and father-in-law Lawrence Silva.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 6 to 8 pm at the William R. May Funeral Home, 354 N. Easton Road, Glenside, Pa 19038, and at his Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 2316 Fairhill Ave., Glenside, PA 19038 with visitation beginning at 10 am. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA.
