Request from board presidents of CHBD, CHCA, CHConservancy

Posted

As Board Presidents of the Chestnut Hill Business District, Chestnut Hill Conservancy, and Chestnut Hill Community Association we, and the organizations’  executive directors, have begun a process to evaluate and update Chestnut Hill’s current process to review applications requesting  support  for a variance, special exception or zoning change as referred by the City of Philadelphia. Our goal is to be as inclusive as possible in this review to ensure our development process is representative, efficient, and effective.

To this end, we have collaborated on a questionnaire to learn more about Chestnut Hill’s many stakeholder’s knowledge and understanding of the development review process in Chestnut Hill and how zoning impacts development here and throughout Philadelphia.

If you reside, work, or own property within 19118 and we have access to your email address, you will receive this questionnaire via email which will contain a link to a confidential questionnaire.

Please take a moment and complete the questionnaire. Your input is very important and will help shape the work going forward.
