From timeless holiday elegance to creative, personal, and professional designs, these homes are sure to inspire—not to mention the treats, spirits, and live music. Between stops, enjoy a ride on our cheerful trolleys, adding a touch of seasonal sightseeing to your day.
We’re also excited to highlight three bonus stops: two along Germantown Avenue and one at the Woodmere Art Museum. These stops offer the perfect opportunity to shop, dine, and explore Chestnut Hill’s unique boutiques, cafés, and restaurants.
New this year, we’re introducing a Warming Station at Home Works on the Avenue—a cozy spot to sip a warm drink, recharge, and enjoy the ambiance with friends and neighbors before heading to your next destination.
Whether you’re a lifelong resident or a first-time visitor, the Holiday House Tour is a perfect way to connect with the season’s magic and Chestnut Hill’s vibrant community spirit. This event is made possible by more than 100 volunteers, local businesses, and performers who come together to make it unforgettable.
Join us for a day filled with inspiration, connection, and holiday cheer. We can’t wait to welcome you!
