After more than two months of street work related to the construction of townhouses at 30 W. Highland Ave., the road reopened on Tuesday, June 20th. Drivers should be cautioned that there is a protruding water main cover near the intersection of West Highland and Germantown Avenue so be aware when making the turn onto West Highland.
