Fall festival for seniors

State Rep. Chris Rabb will host his annual Grown Folks Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 5, at Woodcrest United Church of Christ in Cedarbrook.

The festival, which aims “to enhance the mind, body and soul of seniors,” will feature oldies music, food, vendors and dancing. Rabb, who represents residents in Northwest Philadelphia neighborhoods including Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy and West Oak Lane, will be on hand with his staff to meet residents, answer questions and provide information on programs available to seniors.

The festival is from noon to 3 p.m. Admission is free. …
