I am grateful to the Local for your sparkling, thoughtful and very helpful article about Porchfest. Each year I play and host other bands on my porch, but our turnout this year – about 350 folks over the course of the day – was double that of previous years. Many people told me they learned about Porchfest through the Local article.
The day was glorious, with countless new connections forged, neighbors meeting, and all-ages dance parties. Much of the success is attributable to you!
