Podcaster Wallo267 to appear at GSF to discuss his memoir

Uncle Bobbie’s Coffee & Books, Northwest Philadelphia’s connection to the hottest celebrity authors, will welcome popular podcaster and motivational speaker Wallo267, on Sept. 11, in a discussion of his new book, “Armed with Good Intentions.”  Wallo will chat about the memoir with talk show host and best-selling author Charlamagne tha God at Greene Street Friends in Germantown.

“Armed with Good Intentions” chronicles the transformation of Wallo, born Wallace Peeples in North Philadelphia, from an early life when he served 20 years in prison for a series of armed robberies to post-release success as an entrepreneur, Ted Talk speaker, and host of  the popular podcast “Million Dollaz Worth of Game.” 

Wallo, who began building his brand on social media while he was incarcerated, was recently named chief marketing officer for Reform Alliance, a nonprofit group that advocates for criminal justice reform. The group’s co-founders include Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill, former 76er co-owner Michael Rubin and Jay-Z.
