I want to publicly thank State Rep. Tarik Khan for hand-delivering my SEPTA fare card recently.
Since last July, I have been trying to obtain the card and made several calls to his office. He was made aware of my frustration and took time out of his busy schedule to make sure I received this card that his office successfully obtained for me.
I'm so impressed by this unheard of gesture.
