Renovation is now underway at Maguire Hall, the 1850s Victorian building at 9001 Germantown Ave. that the Woodmere Art Museum purchased with the support of the Maguire Foundation. The high-profile property was not protected by historic status and is currently zoned for as many as 20 new homes.
