Panelists participating in the discussion include Philadelphia City Commissioner Omar Sabir; Dorothy Roberts, a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania; Dr. Timothy Golden, a legal analyst and scholar who teaches at Whitman College in Washington; and Christina Kristofic, investigations editor at The Philadelphia Tribune.
