The recognition encompasses all TUH campuses — Main, Jeanes, Episcopal and Northeastern — and builds on the hospital's growing list of accolades. Temple recently received Healthgrades' America's 100 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Care Award for 2023-2025, along with the 2024-2025 Pulmonary Care Excellence Award and the 2024 Cardiac Surgery Excellence Award.

Healthgrades, a leading healthcare data analytics company, evaluated approximately 4,500 hospitals nationwide using risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates across more than 30 common conditions and procedures to determine the rankings.

Temple University Hospital serves as the primary teaching hospital for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and is one of Philadelphia's largest healthcare providers.
