Today marks the final step in our high school careers, and lord knows we’ve all been counting down the days to this moment for the past four years. Thank you to everybody who showed up on this fine day, and especially to Mr. Mbura, who asked me to put him in this speech.

Now, this is going to be brief, so don’t expect anything too grand or overarching, but before I do start, I must say my congratulations to you all. If I’m being honest, there are more people up here today than I expected, but that’s all the more reason for celebration.
Saul is a unique school, and every person who comes here has had their own unique experience. It’s not just anywhere can you do precalculus in one class, and help birth a sheep in the next. I am grateful for the opportunity this institution has granted me, and I know some, maybe not most, of you feel the same.
